Nero Blanco acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We seek to eliminate human trafficking and slavery from our supply chains, and will not tolerate or condone any form of policy or practice that constitutes human trafficking or slavery in any part of our organisation.

Modern Slavery

Modern slavery is a human rights violation and has severe consequences for the health and wellbeing of survivors. It is an exploitative crime that impacts on physical and mental health and has public health implications. Modern slavery is defined as the recruitment, movement, harbouring or receiving of children, women or men through the use of force, coercion, abuse of vulnerability, deception or other means for the purpose of exploitation. It is a crime under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and includes holding a person in a position of slavery, servitude forced or compulsory labour, or facilitating their travel with the intention of exploiting them soon after

About Nero Blanco

Our business

Nero Blanco is are End-to-End IT migration specialists, whose technology approach helps businesses succeed. Nero Blanco was formed by highly skilled and experienced independent contractors, when we saw an opportunity to change the way large technology migration and consolidation programmes are delivered. We help organisations with mixed IT environments to make a seamless transition to the latest technology.

Our supply chains
Our suppliers are an important part of our success and our culture. We expect each business partner to conduct their business with the same commitment to ethical business practices as Nero Blanco. This means we expect that our suppliers:

  • not use slave labour, illegal child labour or forced labour
  • ensure the overall terms of employment are voluntary
  • follow all local employment laws regarding minimum age requirements, wages, overtime benefits and the number of hours worked in a seven-day week

Given the nature of our business, we do not believe there is a high risk of there being any involvement in slavery or human trafficking either within our group or within the supply chains that we use to deliver services to our customers. Our supply chains are limited and include:

  • Microsoft
  • JitBit
  • HubSpot
  • BitTitan
  • AvePoint
  • PowerSyncPro

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking
We have an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. It enforces effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Further steps
We will continue to monitor our supplier base and to further develop our processes and procedures to ensure that we identify and eliminate risks related to slavery and human trafficking.
